Transit Customer Delivery

In case of Item Receipt on the occasion through transit at Dubai Airport, a minimum time of 4 hours is required to clear immigration and enter into Dubai.

1. We will deliver only until the departures lobby at DXB international, please be aware of the following cases which we have previously encountered with customers:
2. Incoming Flight to Dubai was delayed and transit time became less than 4 hours and　entering immigration was rejected.
3. Customer had already been issued a Boarding Pass at the initial Airport and additional luggage Check-In at Dubai Airport was denied.

* In general, with pickup on transit, we have seen some unforseen mishappenings occur. Cancellation fee will be applied. Please consult our staff in advance just in case.
